Com-Unity International – In-house, Turn-key software development using BIS ICE. Specializing in a complete accounting system, with a special focus in CRM and Contact Management. Consultant and Development Partner with Xeden.Cloud 03/07 – Current

Nike – Provided migration support for down sizing from 2200 platform to NT. Wrote migration software. Responsible for financial data system testing and compliance, as well as training MAPPER administration personnel. Team Leader of four programmers. Developed utilities for FTP of data between systems. This system was a 40GB database.  (03/07-03/08 twelve months)

New York City Welfare System / Contract Consultant / Senior Systems Analyst
Analyzed the 2200 mainframe applications for efficiencies and effectiveness. Implement changes that saved the City 1 million dollars in upgrades. This system was a 15GB database. Was responsible for developing a new module for making appointments for welfare recipients, this process utilized FTP functionality between 2200 and NT. This was done in the web based NT portion of the system using ICE. Responsible for ICA Administration and installation upgrades. (03/06 – 03/07 twelve months)

Com-Unity International – Project manager of five programmers that designed, developed and created an entire system with architectural infrastructure for 100 million+ lines database and thousands of user sessions. This complete accounting system includes Inventory, Budgeting, HR, CRM modules for efficient MAPPER resource utilization. This was a legacy system modernization project created for resale using RADS and ICE to deliver remote access via the Internet. ICE is used in every part of the system. Installed MAPPER systems and ICE installation. This system was designed to handle 50GB-100GB of data. (04′- ’05 fifteen months)

ISAWSS – California Welfare and Child Support System, Consultant Help desk solving error reports, which were channeled to the support group. Responsible for senior knowledge troubleshooting. ICE knowledge necessary for troubleshooting. This system was 30GB database. (03′-04′ twelve months)

SCB – MAPPER CONSULTING GROUP Designed, Developed and Implemented modules for the RADS/ICE development studio software. Beta Tested Modules in turnkey application development for resale. An ICE interface was used for every aspect of this system. Responsibilities included user interface, requirements definition, programming specifications, system analysis, conversion, detailed design, development, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation. Installed MAPPER Systems and ICE, as well as coordination and administration. Also provide Y2K compliance measures.  (00′-02′ two years)

North West Airlines – Consultant  Providing analysis and documentation of the Purge Modules in the Cargo Automation System (out source turn-key cargo application).  In addition to deciphering the technical differences between source code and in-house, local customization, help to determine what the actual requirements will be and provide programming specifications.  As well as, providing enhancements and maintenance to various other modules as required. Additionally, assisted in ICE development and interface implementation. (97′-99′ thirty four months)

America West Airlines – Consultant Responsible for creating migration software and testing of migration and conversion of Maintenance System. Responsibilities included user interface, requirements definition, system analysis, conversion tests, detailed design, development, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation for conversion. (96′ twelve months)     

Defense Intelligence Agency – Consultant Responsible for maintenance, enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness, as well as troubleshooting a legacy Logistics Inventory System. Additionally, provided upgrade analysis of complete system, database structure and functionality to enhance and improve response time. MAPPER coordination and administration responsibilities. (95-96′ fourteen months)

Floral Network (FTD) – Consultant  Programming specifications, designed, and developed new business application with networking interfaces to handle outsourcing of inventory and billing modules of the existing system. Also implementation of a new module. (95′ seven months)

Entech – Consultant  Converted an existing MAPPER 38 System running in a Unisys 1100/2200 environment over to an Oracle and Access system running in a UNIX environment. Responsible for creating the conversion and implementation process. In addition, supported and maintained the existing production system during conversion and provided MAPPER Module coordination between the 2200 and UNIX environments. System installation and upgrades. (95′ ten months)

Impressions – Consultant  Responsible for system analysis, programming specifications, design and development of a Scheduling System in MAPPER 37 (Unix).  This included job tracking, and resource reporting. Responsibilities included user interface, requirements definition, system analysis, conversion, detailed design, development, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation. (94′ seven months)

Herman Mancino – Consultant  For this marketing firm, solely responsible for design and development in an OS/2 MAPPER client-server environment. Created specific, customized, Financial and Job Tracking System; developed and implemented an Accounts Receivable/Payable and General Ledger System; and was responsible for documentation and programming specifications as well. MAPPER PC/NT. This project involved converting from the existing system.  Responsibilities included user interface, requirements definition, system analysis, conversion, detailed design, development, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation. (94′ four months)

Valspar – Consultant  Responsible for application and program enhancements and maintenance.  The majority of these assignments were on Financial Systems.  In addition, developed a Job Tracking and Scheduling System in MAPPER 36 running in a Unisys 1100/80 environment. (94′ seven months)

California Dept. of Water – Consultant  Part of a team 8 who were responsible for design, development, programming specifications and implementation of a Resource Management, Job Tracking, Scheduling System with customized reporting. Development in MAPPER 36 running in a Unisys 2200/600 environment. (93′-94′ thirteen months)

United Airlines – Consultant  Designed, programming specifications and developed Scheduling, Billing and Routing Modules of the Cargo Reservation System in MAPPER C running in a Unisys UNIX U6000 environment.  Responsibilities included requirements definition, user interface, detail design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation. (93′ nine months)

Architect of the U.S. Capitol – Consultant  Solely responsible for the enhancement of a Property Management System in MAPPER 34 running in a Unisys 1100/72 environment. (92′ five months) Provided  programming specifications and documentation.

U.S. Small Business Administration – Consultant  Acting as the MAPPER Coordinator, developed utilities for automated MAPPER administration in MAPPER 33 running in a Unisys 1100/90 environment.  Responsibilities included sole support of a 70 user system, registering  their access, monitoring system usage and resources and providing MAPPER training and assistance.  In addition, assisted a team of three programmers in design and development of an Account Management System. (90′-92′ twenty months)

California Welfare System (Original Design Team) – Responsible for responsible for design, development, programming specifications and implementation of several modules in the Welfare system. (01/91 – 010/91 nine months)  

Unisys Corporation – Consultant  In developing a complete Retail System, was responsible for a team of six programmers, assigning them jobs, monitoring work progress and reporting on overall job progress. Also responsible for some systems analysis, programming specifications and development.  Led team implementation, including Point-of -Sale (POS), inventory, shipping and receiving. (89′ eleven months)

The Pentagon – Consultant   Developed a Financial and Resource Management System which included Accounts Receivable / Payable and General Ledger applications in MAPPER 32 running in a Unisys 1100/72 environment.  This project involved converting from the existing COBOL system to MAPPER. Responsibilities included user interface, requirements definition, system analysis, conversion, detailed design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, programming specifications and implementation. Other responsibilities included managing a team of four programmers, job assignment, monitoring work progress and overall reporting. (87′-88′ eighteen months)

Detector Electronics – Consultant  Solely responsible for systems analysis, design and development of a Sales Forecasting System in MAPPER 33 a Personal  (PC) MAPPER System.  This included analyzing sales forecasts and resource management and required spec writing, design, development and documentation. Sperry Corporation – Consultant  Responsible for MAPPER development and testing of a California Welfare System (CPAS).  Applications included development of Financial, Resource Management, Scheduling Appointment, Case File History, Payroll and Personal Credit Information Systems.  Also responsible for all aspects of the division’s MIS group including delegation of jobs, monitoring work progress and overall project management. (85′-86′ fourteen months)

Analytics Anacom – Employed  Designed and developed a Time and Materials Billing System, Routing System, Sales Forecasting  System, Inventory Control System, Complete Financial System, Litigation System, Direct Mailing and Marketing System, Payroll Systems Check Printing Utility and Pricing System.  In addition, functioned as the 4GL Systems administrator, application designer and developer, system demonstrator and instructor.  Several of these systems were converted from COBOL environments.
